How to play

Hold your phone sideways. Your left thumb moves; your right thumb aims and fires while it's pushed.
Tap quickly with your right thumb to dash. Use your ability, medkits and firecrackers from the buttons on the right.
Grab the stage's supplies, beat the boss, then get everyone back to the van.

Common questions

How do we play together?

Everyone needs their own copy of Bugout Crew, on the same Wi-Fi (or close by, with Bluetooth on). One player taps Play with friends, then Host a crew; the others tap Play with friends, then Join a crew, and pick that van. Bots fill any empty seats.

We can't see each other's van.

Check that everyone is on the same Wi-Fi network, that Bluetooth is on, and that Bugout Crew is allowed in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network. Some public and office Wi-Fi networks block devices from seeing each other; a phone's personal hotspot works instead.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Solo play and co-op both work without the internet.

Will my upgrades move to a new phone?

There's no account, so progress doesn't sync between devices. It's included in your phone's own iCloud or computer backup, so restoring a backup brings it back.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. It's planned.
